Did you know? The new E-Conveyancing system
being used by Solicitors/Lawyers does not remove
your right to do your own conveyancing as legislation retains your rights
for manual settlement & lodgement, so you
do not have to use a Solicitor/Lawyer or the
E-Conveyancing System.
It is suggested that you need to advise the other party as
soon as possible that you do not agree to an electronic
settlement as I/we are self acting and do not have either
the capacity or access to carry out an electronic
settlement.
In Queensland there is no such
thing as a Licensed Conveyancier, and
advertisements and listings for a Conveyancing
firm or company etc, is actually
a solicitor/s with a business
name to target for a slice of the
Conveyancing market.
Summary: Regardless
of if you are buying your First home, or buying
or selling, Land, House & Land, Unit or Town
House or an investment property, or upgrading or
downgrading from your existing home, the
conveyancing process when Buying or Selling is
made easier with the Conveyancing Kits we have
available, as these guide you through the
process and provide the essential information in
a simple straight forward and understandable
format with examples to assist to make the
process smooth and stress free. We are often
given feedback that our phone support we provide
for our kits is also excellent and better than
expected. Doing it yourself via our kits can be
a wonderful and satisfying experience with your
achieving the results required and to top it off
you save money not having to engage a
professional solicitor or lawyer.
